Please consider that it can take three to five business days from the day you mail your pack at the USPS to the day we receive your pack at our facility.

Once we receive your refiners return pack at our state of the art facility we can provide you with an updated status on your package.

1. Find your Tracking Number on the pre-paid return envelope that arrived in your pack.
2. Click on the button "Go to USPS" and you will be redirected to USPS website to “Track Your Pack!”
